Needed this item ASAP for a school function. Received the item promptly. It does run small for a nine year old boy. When you order an adult costume and it gives suggested accessories, and all suggestions are to go with the costume you have clicked on to buy to for an adult, you should not put a CHILD'S magician hat in adult section especially since the costume shows the same hat and suggests it as an accessory. I had no reason to scroll down to see product description for the picture was enough.
