Say what you want about Darth Vader's management techniques, his sense of style is pretty darn good at motivating his troops and officers to work as hard as they can. Nobody wants to walk into a Star Destroyer conference room for their quarterly performance review to find the Dark Lord of the Sith standing there in his menacingly looking armor! The very best case scenario is you'll be awkwardly told where you could use improvement by someone with raspy breath, wearing a very intimidating mask.

Height 6'1" | Weight 320 | Size StandardThis helmet is incredible. I have ordered masks and helmets before that are a cheap plastic. This is a great quality plastic. I was worried about the fit because I have a big head and even bigger neck. It fits perfectly. It is held together with velcro at the top. It is easily strong enough to hold the two pieces together. The Velcro that holds the mask together comes apart easily and is fragile.
