Great hat. Plenty of stretch to fit over mask. Next time I may put a paper towel tube inside as the wire is a little thinner than I would like to keep from flopping . Maybe I didn’t curl the top enough. I will certainly use it again. I got this witches hat within 2 days so I can wear to a Halloween party. This hat has wire around the brim and along the height of the hat so one can mold the shape to one’s liking. This hat is perfect, There's wiring in both the brim and the top so you can style it however you want, it sits well and comfortably on the head and has presence without being heavy or too tall or otherwise bothersome. It came all folded up which meant it looked nothing like the picture when opened up. The edges along the rim were torn in some places.
