Turn into a rough-riding cowpoke thanks to these Costume Cowboy Boot Spurs! Each stirrup is made of silver-tone plastic and is etched with decorative details. A rotating plastic star is secured around a post at the center back. Each stirrup is attached to a black faux leather strap that can be adjusted for size.
