When I first received this item, they sent the wrong size. They sent the de lux cold wig and I ordered thedeluxe Adult wig. I contacted customer service and they overnight me the adult wig. It arrived the night before my event. We got a lot of compliments. Just note that this is pretty much a one shot job.
