This was the fourth costume I have bought from this company. I've never previously had any issues with their products and have always loved their stuff and their customer service.
My best friend was going as Tiana and we ordered the deluxe version of that costume and it was BEAUTIFUL, and I decided to be Charlotte.
When I tried on the dress the first night, it almost immediately ripped in the stomach area. I thought it was a fluke and contacted the company who were great and immediately sent a replacement. The replacement came and I had to do a repair to the bow on the front because the stitching came loose. When I put it on for our night at Disney World I noticed some pulling on the stitching in the same area where the previous one ripped. So I was proactive and took a shirt to change into if need be..I'm glad I did because I had the dress on for about an hour before the side of the dress ripped. I was devastated. I have dreamed of being able to dress up as a princess at WDW for years and Halloween is the only time you can do this. My best friend got so many compliments and she did look beautiful but then I just felt so out of place and disappointed.
The company is letting me return this one for a refund so I'm grateful for that but I've just been really disappointed. I would not buy this dress especially for the price you pay.Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
