This officially licensed Dr. Seuss style has everything you need to dress like the classic Cindy Lou Who character. Heavy-weight jersey knit fabric shapes a long-sleeved dress. Scalloped sleeve cuffs complement the flared scallop hemline, and a white scalloped collar adds a final storybook flourish. Meanwhile, the pullover dress promises easy and secure dressing with hook-and-loop fastener tape at the back of the neck.
A lightweight plastic headband makes donning Cindy Lou's antenna and bow easy. The wired antenna is flexible for customization or recreating the exact shape of their inspiration, and the oversized bow is fiber-filled for a 3D look that's sweet as can be!
