The heart is made out of a polyfoam material, and features openings for your neck, arms, and legs just in case you've got to break out in song and dance. You never know, those things do happen!

I thought it wouldn't be as big as it was. A bit uncomfortable to wear all day as I did. But it served it's purpose. I bought those conversation heart stickers and put them all over the costume and everyone enjoyed that.
