The costume is shaped like a large skirt attached to a halter that's shaped like an upside-down U and striped with rainbow colors. When fully inflated, the white bottom portion looks like a puffy cloud. Dark and light blue streamers shaped like raindrops are sewn to the bottom of the cloud. Wear it over lightweight street clothes for a costume that's comfy and cheerful!
