And if you listen to the stories of any hunter that's come into contact with one, you might notice these rare apparitions are easily mistaken for flesh and blood humans. Which likely means if you were to run into one while exploring a reportedly haunted building, you might overlook its existence.
They're simply too good at blending in. And because of that, they can seem a little less scary caught in the wild. Not like the amorphous shapes that float in the shadows, seemingly lit by personal spotlight. A wisp of mist rolling out of a room, or hovering in the vague image of a face, is much creeper. It's still got that edge of the unknown. Not to mention, these misty spirits look capable of wrapping around any living soul!

Bring a haunting fog to your next Halloween celebration when you order our exclusive Adult Misty Spirit Costume! The Made By Us costume comprises one easy-to-wear hooded robe with tons of thoughtful detail to capture the unnerving look of what we think might lurk in the shadows.
The costume robe is crafted from 100% polyester jersey knit that ensures the garment is lightweight and durable. A high-detailed graphic of swirling mist is printed down the length of the robe and its sleeves to turn your every movement into something otherworldly.
But the real scene stealer is a mesh panel at the front of the hood. While the mesh material restricts vision, you'll still clearly see what effect your costume is having on any crowd. And we're sure the stylized skull printed across the mesh panel is sure to stir up a few big reactions whether you're trick-or-treating with your kiddo in a dimly lit neighborhood or emerging from the shadowy halls of your haunted house party!
