Transform into one of the most famous and recognizable female cartoon characters of all time with a quick and easy wardrobe change. The dress is designed to perfectly resemble the red top and black skirt Olive is commonly seen wearing in comic strips and cartoons.
The top has long sleeves that come to an end with white cuffs that match the white flower petal collar. The skirt is designed to go just past the knees and has a yellow ribbon applique that goes around above the hemline. This costume also comes with a pair of clip-on earrings that match the rounded gold-toned earrings that Miss Oyl always wears. To complete your new look for the Halloween costume parties, be sure to grab an Olive Oyl wig. Oh, and maybe find your own Popeye, too!
