Grab this exclusive Made By Us costume kit and you'll have everything you need to become one of the biggest animated icons from the 1930s. The shirt is designed to match Popeye's sailor uniform. It is black with blue at the ends of the short sleeves and red around the neckline. There are also three gold tone buttons that go down the front and center of the shirt.
You can even get Popeye's anchor tattoo with the temporary tattoo that is included with this getup. Last, top this transformation off with the white sailor's hat. Once you find a can of spinach you'll be ready to become this classic cartoon character!

Height 5’9 | Weight 235 | Size X-LargeThe accessories are on point. But this was a crop top on my Popeye. He fits all the XL measurements but shirts hem line was 3” above his pants.
