The hairs are made out of synthetic fibers. They're shaped into a style based on Cruella's iconic and extravagant hairstyle, complete with her signature half-white, half-black color-scheme. The wig fits with a mesh cap interior and even comes with an elastic band to help get a snug, yet comfortable fit. It's deviously delightful!
