Blippi's iconic orange suspenders and blue shirt have gotten an upgrade with this delightful tutu dress! This costume will make your kid feel special and like their favorite TV show host. The costume features a knit dress with attached orange suspenders. The top secures up the back with hook and loop fastener patches. Layers of blue and orange tulle flounce from the waistband, making this dress perfect for twirling and dancing. And of course, no Blippi look would be complete without the hat and glasses. The soft glasses are great for quick-moving preschoolers, securing in place with an elastic strap.
