Dr. Seuss captured just what a humanoid cat would do if it were given the task of entertaining bored children on a rainy day. Just think about it for a moment. Costume Details
This Cat in the Hat dress has plenty of sparkle and spin-factor making it perfect for parties and playtime! The knee-length skirt has a fluffy layer of tulle that kids are sure to love. White faux fur trims the neck and the sleeves to add a little kitty charm to the top. Stuffed shiny material makes the red bow tie pop, matching the striped hat attached to the headband. Framed in adorable ears, the hat headband completes The Cat's mischievous look!
