Design & Details
We designed this costume as a simple jumpsuit. It zips up the back and has a tail attached to the posterior. It has attached mitts and shoe covers, to make it an easy wearable and practical costume choice. The hood, of course, has facial details including a soft-sculpted snout and felt teeth! Suitable for both girls and boys, get your kiddos suited up in this costume, and they're gonna be ready for fun!

Alright, alright, we weren't going to tease you about Hippotamus knowledge without giving you a hand. So, here are a few nuggets of Hippo trivia!
- The second largest land animal on earth, males measure around 11 ft long and 5 ft tall, and can weigh up to 7000 lbs!
- Hippos spend most of their day in rivers and lakes and their eyes, nose and ears are located on the top of their head, which means they can see and breathe while submerged in the water.
- Hippos are herbivores and eat mostly grass. They eat up to 77 lbs on a daily basis!
- Hippos are great swimmers and can hold their breath for up to 5 minutes.
