Bring a terrifying tale to life with this exclusive Headless Horseman Costume Dress for Girls! The chilling costume consists of a black minidress that features a poplin top edged in metallic silver braid and decorated shiny metal buttons shaped like skulls. The skirt has a built-in netting petticoat and layers of gray and black satin beneath a split poplin outer layer. The included crepe cape has a hood that can be pulled up over your head. Its sewn-on elastic loops allow you to attach it to the buttons sewn to the back of the dress.

Beware the shadows this Halloween and don't travel the sidewalks after dark unless you want to hear the sound of ghostly, galloping hooves, and hear the shriek of an otherworldly being!
