A Very Good Witch
The Witch of the East and her sister, the Witch of the West, were both very bad witches. It's a good thing that a house fell on one of them. But Glinda the Good, who rules over the Quadlings in the South, is a very good witch! You can tell because she rides around on a beautiful soap bubble and wants to help Dorothy get home. It's no wonder that she's as popular in Oz as the Great Wizard himself!
