Pair red and black water-activated makeup with peel 'n stick gem sheets and spikes. A makeup brush, makeup sponge, and adhesive are included. The spikes and gems give even the darkest costume that sparkle and shine needed to stand out on a dark and scary night. Product Details
This water-activated makeup comes with a cake of red and a cake of black. Water-activated means that it applies evenly when used with the included applicator sponge or makeup brush. It dries fast and won't smudge. And it is easy to remove with warm, soapy water. Practice shading with the black or highlighting with the red. To apply the spikes, dip into adhesive glue and then place onto clean, dry skin. Use tweezers for more accurate gem placement. Hold the spike in place until the adhesive is dry. The gems are peel and stick, which means they're already sticky. Just stick 'em wherever you need a bit of bling.
