The wings have adjustable straps so you can make them loose or tight -which are great! since i was concerned about them being uncomfortable.I am an adult woman size 12 and they could be adjusted to a much larger person. The hat fit my head perfect and not tight.Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
