In the end, I really like this costume. DO go by the Fit Finder. I always wear a small so I ignored it the first time and HC sent me a medium speedily. The shipping is so fast.
This costume has a lot of charm with it's many elements of fit and flare, hide and reveal. With an intense push up, the white ruffles demurely cover from across the room or even fairly close. The sleeves are adorable and it seems this would be a great costume for a Halloween party if one lives where it is almost always freezing cold on Halloween. It's also quite classy and could be worn confidently to just about any costume party. I have to say the pink petticoat pictured in not included. However, any white petticoat also looks great. And, I might add, a petticoat is indeed needed with this costume. The back is cute too, once one learns how to get it on and off with the lace up closure. However, this element creates a cool bouffant effect in the back that is really quite cute and flattering.
Overall, a great costume that I am very happy with and intend to keep. :) Also, HC's customer service is tops! :)Was this review helpful to you?

Height 5’0 | Weight 115 | Size MediumThe costume online was not the costume sent to me. I have received a blue costume that is not as ornate, with a darker shade of gold than the one shown, and it looks much worse than the one posted. This is not about the petticoat, I understand there was no petticoat, I was given the wrong color product for the actual fabric.Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
