The chord to the ray gun is too long & the velcro to attach it is a little weak. Overall, he loved it. Size MediumOrdered the M sized costume for an 8.5yo (M sized costume says it’s for a 10-12yo) after reading reviews saying the costume tends to run small and super glad I did cause it fits him well with still a little room to move if he grows a bit bigger.
The costume looks great on!
2 x negatives I have…
1. Because there was not many costumes in this size left at the time of ordering, the price bumped up from $39.99 to $79.99!!! BUT I needed the costume for a birthday party so I just paid the heavily inflated price : (
If you are going to buy DEFINITELY order this product early for Halloween 2022!

Size X-SmallI purchased this ghostbusters costume for my son for his birthday. He loved it. I love the quality, the backpack is great. The only disappointment was that the proton blaster is foam and flat (but thick which is good), I was hoping it would be better but I have to say it is better than the last proton blaster we had. We purchased a different ghostbusters costume last year and the quality was fine but this costume is definitely way better! I got the XS for my son that turned 5 years old at the end of June. It was tiny and wouldn’t fit him, even though I had taken measurements. This costume is PERFECT...the 'details' such as the zipper at the legs, zipper pockets, and side 'sinches' sets this costume above others. Glad I only paid $40 for this… the “wand” on the backpack is just a piece of foam. My kid was super disappointed. Awful stitching throughout. Haven’t tried it on him yet but the small looks like it’ll fit my almost 6 year old.

Order ahead of time because it took a month for it to arrive. A great success on Halloween, but needs improvement.
