The leggings are normal size but with a comically wide waist im going to have to sew. The material is okay for those but not very stretchy at all. The cape dress part is made almost of that papery feeling fabric but the hems are sewn alright, it's almost sheer but the lines are gorgeous. The overall effect looks great.
