Product Details
You'll purr with delight when you see this exclusive Black Cat Tutu Dress Costume for Girls! The knee-length dress zips up the back and is made of soft and cozy black polyester velour. Its bodice is trimmed in white satin ribbon edging, as are the tulle ruffles sewn to each shoulder. The attached white satin sash features a pre-tied bow on the left side of the waist and a stuffed velour tail is sewn to the back of the dress. A built-in petticoat with a satin base layer and glittery tulle overlay gives the skirt some lift. The sturdy plastic headband is covered in black fabric and decorated with velour ears and a white satin bow.
