This Hair Color Chalk in Pink Hearts by Splat is pink perfection! The fuschia-colored cosmetic chalk comes in a handy compact case with a clear lid. To use, simply press a small section of hair into the chalk and run the compact down its length. An applicator sponge is also included. Set the color with hairspray and wash it out with regular soap and water when you're finished.
