Rumored to be built on the funds of alchemists, the wizarding school is surrounded by formal gardens and a fountain that's said to have healing and beautifying elements. The visiting students didn't give away much when it came to the interior of their school that's nestled in the Pyrennees Mountains, but we're pretty sure there are some awesome secrets to behold in their halls, just like Hogwarts. Hat is a Beautiful Blue. My daughter loved being Fleur Delacour for Halloween and this hat was Magnifique! The hat was a little big on her but she’s only 12 and I believe the hat is for an adult.
