It can be difficult being a teenager: turning into a bat at awkward times, dealing with your overprotective dad trying to suck potential boyfriends’ blood, getting embarrassingly sick from garlic, going through growth spurts that make your coffin too short… Oh, those aren’t normal teenage problems? Those sound more like vampire problems? Well, Mavis from Hotel Transylvania has gone through both kinds of rough patches: the normal teenage ones and the undead teenage ones. But somehow, she’s still managed to maintain her sunny, helpful, kind personality, which we think is pretty admirable. Of course, she’s got a few perks too—like hypnotizing annoying people to go away or being able to fly away from her dad if he lectures too long. That would have been pretty convenient when we were teenagers!

So this is partially my own fault for not trying this on until Halloween day, but make sure you get your own tights. The ones that came with the dress were un-wearable. They are extremely loose at the waist, but the legs have almost no stretch so if you manage to get them up, good luck keeping them that way. I ordered a couple of sizes larger because I had a feeling this would run small and I'm glad I did. Height 5'8 | Weight 320 | Size 4XSo we were very excited about this costume because the dress can be worn as a regular outfit. Unfortunately the accessories Did not fit at all. So we paid all this money for a dress. We even sized up But the tights were too small, the arm Stockings ripped when she put them on The 1st time and the wig did not fit either.Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
