Design & Details
Our Captain Cutie costume is designed with intricate detail and comfort in mind. So, the main pieces of the costume start with poly-spandex, velour, and jersey materials that offer a snug, yet stretchy, and durable fit.
From there, the ensemble is shaped into a jacket-shirt combo that closes in the back with hook-and-loop fasteners. The velour jacket features printed buttons and decorative golden embroidery and trim to give it a polished look that perfectly contrasts the striped shirt front sewn into the opening.
Of course, no pirate captain outfit is complete without the proper regalia. This costume includes all the essentials. A velour belt with a gold fabric buckle is attached to the jacket. Pants with an elastic waistband offer a complete ensemble and easy diaper access thanks to hook-and-loop fasteners along the inseam.
Meanwhile, foam-backed booties with folded cuffs to emulate pirate boots and a cleverly designed pirate hat featuring an attached faux fur beard and snap-on eye patch ensure your little one looks more than ready to sail the high seas.
