Inspired by Cindy Lou Who, the black and white gingham dress fastens up the back and is made of a breathable mix of polyester, cotton and rayon. Its dainty puffed sleeves have elastic in the arm openings. Strips of black and white satin ribbon decorate the skirt's hemline. The red cape is trimmed with white faux fur and can be fastened comfortably around the neck with same-fabric ties.
