Birds of a Feather
Baby birds and human babies really are quite a bit alike. Owl chicks spit up a lot after they finish a nice meal. Sound familiar? Your little one probably shows an unfortunate tendency to wake up in the middle of the night and think that everyone else should be up too - just like an owl! When they want attention, both owlets and babies squawk very loudly. And while there certainly are some ways where they differ in terms of feathers, beaks, and food preferences, it can't be denied that they are both extremely cute. (Your baby is cuter though, of course.)
Product Details
Your little one will hoot for joy in this darling Hatching Owl Infant Costume! The exclusive, jumpsuit-style outfit is made of one hundred percent polyester velour in a calm and snuggly shade of caramel brown. Snaps at the crotch and inseam allow for easy diaper access, while the attached hood pulls over the top of the head and is complete with appliqued, embroidered, and sculpted owl facial features. The faux-fur belly panel resembles and owl's soft feathers, and looks realistic beneath the pull-on foam-backed shell which fits over the jumpsuit like a pair of briefs. The included foam-backed and faux-fur-lined wings show that this owlet is going places!

Size 0/3 MonthsJust giving others a heads up that the 0-3 month should be labeled 0-3 years. In all fairness they do put the measurements out there so make sure to pay attention to them before you buy it. We bought this for our 4 month old and its not even close to fitting her so we'll be saving it for next year (especially since it has a no return policy). The costume itself is cute though accurate to the picture, just very large.Was this review helpful to you?
