The dress fastens ast the back of the neck and is designed to look like blue and white pinafore over a white shirt with puffed sleeves. The elastic waistband is decorted with two white buttons, and the dress's hem is sewn with white lace. The matching headband has an attached gingham bow and fits snugly around your baby's head thanks to its inner elastic. The included booties are printed to look like glittery ruby slippers.
