Design & Details
The white bodysuit, complete with large, wing-shaped sleeves, captures the character's seagull body. The orange pants are designed to mimic Scuttle's charmingly awkward legs. The attached shoe covers recreate the style of seagull feet. Topping it all off is the headpiece, carefully designed to look just like the character's head!
