Perfect for completing a full witch ensemble, the dark velour hat has a pointed crown, and a large, floppy brim lined with sky-blue satin. A swath of blue mesh printed with shiny gold and silver stars is wound around the base of the crown, along with a strand of small LED bulbs that light up when activated.
