The accessory consists of two adjustable shoulder straps that are attached to the adjustable waistband with shiny chrome hardware. Its purple vinyl material has an almost iridescent finish that glimmers as you move, and is backed with fabric for a comfortable fit. A beautifully detailed PVC butterfly wing is attached to each shoulder strap.
