The gorgeously detailed gown has a shiny bodice with a Queen Anne neckline and a shimmery blue neck ruff. Matching dark "tentacles" are attached around the dress's waistline and spill over the blue and purple tulle skirt layers. A short, solid-color underskirt lies beneath the outer layers. Don't forget Ariel's trapped voice - umm, we mean the gold-tone shell necklace!
