The lavender top has a classic Queen Ann Neckline, adorable ruffles on the should straps, and features a plastic, star-shaped character cameo sewn into the neckline. The satin bodice has sheer organdy overlay and flares out over the top of the tail, er, skirt. Seafoam green tulle and a purple ribbon at the bottom of the dress draw the eye down to the fins, we mean feet!
