Cook up a crafty spell over your cauldron when you wear your officially licensed Women's The Little Mermaid Live Action Ursula Costume Dress! The long-sleeved dress fastens up the back and has a sparkly black bodice that features a high collar paired with a sweetheart-style neckline. The neckline's lowest point has a gold-tone, shell-shaped applique. The knee-length skirt has a solid black satin underskirt. "Tentacles" made of the same sparkly material as the bodice dangle over the underskirt and are backed with bright blue fabric.
