The knee-length dress fastens up the back and features a bodice made of shiny fabric with dark purple undertones. Its high collar is paired with a Queen Anne neckline, which is perfect for showing off the gold-tone shell necklace. The solid underskirt has printed tentacle graphics and is topped with long, shiny fabric "tentacles" that are backed with turquoise fabric.
On the Whole, She's Been a Saint
Of all the Disney villains, Ursula is the one who exhibits a certain style and showmanship in all of her nefarious doings. She has a pretty fantastic song about how willing she is to help merpeople (for a price, of course), and she's full of good advice for heartsick young mermaids, like "Life's full of tough choices, isn't it?" Really, how could anyone object to her seizing King Triton's throne and taking over the seven seas?
