You may have believed the story even when she burnt dinner and used a cream pie as a face mask. Goodness, you (like the rest of us) watched Mrs. Doubtfire undress to become Daniel Hillard. But lo and behold, you still loved that kindly, straightforward, big-voiced character like she was your Nana. This is probably why, despite finally understanding the story of Mrs. Doubtfire, its title character is where you got your grandparent goals. Unfortunately, reaching those goals will take time. Inspired by the character that had a big impact on so many minds, this officially licensed ensemble gets you wrapped up in her charms again. First, the padded bra gives the costume shape. Next, a white long-sleeved blouse with floral embroidery, lace, and printed burns give life to Doubtfire's perfect combo of ladylike composure and chaos. Then, a tartan plaid skirt help keep the blouse tucked neatly. A gray-blond wig styled after Mrs. Doubtfire's signature hairdo pairs with wire-rimmed glasses to give you proper grandma hair and twinkling eyes. Finally, a brooch is attached below the blouse collar providing a touch of grandma glitz while a pair of foam pot lids let you play up Doubtfire's goofiness.
