A lightweight and plush hat is shaped with foam-backed fabrics featuring an all-over polka-dot pattern immediately bringing a colorful look to whatever outfit. Elastic loops on either side of the hat can be clipped into place with bobby pins for a totally customizable fit. Or thread the included velour-covered headband for even easier styling on most people ages 3 and up!
