The mask full recreates the giant, bulbous head of the character from the video game, complete with the wide mouth. It has a stuffed cushion inside to help it maintain its shape and to help provide a comfortable fit. The front of the mask has a mesh covering near the eyes for vision, but your child's vision may be slightly impaired while wearing it.
