If you ended up on the wrong side of the law - at least in terms of your Halloween outfit - you're going to want this exclusive Prisoner Ball and Chain Costume Prop! The prop consists of a molded plastic ball that's attached to an ankle shackle with a large-link plastic chain. Each piece is painted to look like steel, but don't worry, it's much lighter than the real thing.
