You've made it through the returns process and now it's our turn to play the waiting game while you return your package to us.
All that's left to do is print off the packing slip and return label and ship your return back to us. It's super easy!
Print Shipping Label and attach to the top of the box.The package can be taken to any United States Post Office (USPS) or affiliated drop off location, left in your mailbox with the flag up, given to any USPS driver, or you can call USPS and schedule a pick up free of charge. The package will take 2-8 days to be delivered to us. Please use the USPS Drop-Off Locator to find a convenient location.

Once your package arrives, it will go into the hands of our friendly return elves. Rumor has it that the elves got the pink slip from Santa back in the day when he decided to no longer accept returns. Because everyone wants to employ elves, we jumped at the opportunity. The caveat of employing elves, unfortunately, is that they tend to let their minds wander when confronted with shiny objects.
As a result, it may take between 2 and 4 weeks for your return to be fully processed. The times around and right after Halloween tend to be sequin-heavy, so it takes our elves a little longer to get through everything. Just be patient and know that we're getting through everything.
You can check the status of your return by visiting our Return Center again and entering your order number and email address.
