And we thought Boba Fett was cool! Well, to be fair, Boba Fett was on screen during The Empire Strikes Back for all of like 12 seconds and we only really got to see him in action during Return of the Jedi... where he promptly got dunked into the Sarlaac Pit. Ever since then, we'd always dreamed of seeing him wearing that Mandalorian armor into battle! Well, the good news is that we finally got that wish when Star Wars: The Mandalorian got released! The masterwork TV series reinvigorated our love of Star Wars and it also reignited our obsession with the Mandalorian armor costume. The second we saw him in action, we made sure to get our hands every Mandalorian costume we could find!

Of course, we have to start out with the main man himself. Mandalore might be in ruins, but at least a group of holdouts still practice the traditions of Mandalorian warriors! We carry a variety of costumes inspired by the character, including plenty of realist costumes and some Mandalorian costumes for kids. We wanted to make sure Star Wars fans of all sizes could find an outfit that would turn them into the ruthless bounty hunter turned parental figure! If your child wants to wear a Mandalorian Halloween costume, then we have some great options that will help them hunt down the best candy bounties in the galaxy.

For some, the magic of The Mandalorian comes straight from The Child, or the creature that the internet has lovingly decided to call "Baby Yoda." The little green critter continues to surprise us with his adorability (is that even a word) and his mysterious powers. If you or your child are as infatuated as we are with the lil bugger, then you might want to try on one of our Baby Yoda costumes for size. With styles for babies, toddlers, and more, we're sure you'll want to protect them just like The Mandalorian protects The Child in the series.

We didn't want to stop there! After all, there are so many great costumes and outfits in the series, so we wanted to have a complete array of outfits to help you with your Mandalorian cosplay! That's why we also carry Stormtrooper costumes, Mandalorian accessories, and Baby Yoda accessories. If you want an absolutely authentic costume, then just add one of our Mandalorian helmets to your look. You can even find some cool Baby Yoda Backpacks that you can carry around, so you can become the iconic duo at your next costume party!

Our Mandalorian costumes are a great place to start for anyone looking to achieve a perfect Mandalorian cosplay experience this year! From kids to adults, we have a little something for everyone!

HalloweenCostumes.com How To

Mandalorian Costumes

In a galaxy far, far away, anything can happen. Legendary space wizards engage in epic battles with their glowing blades of plasma. Daring dogfights between ships rage through outer space. Deadly bounty hunters capture their prey and collect their rewards. Ewoks can band together to defeat a gruesome Gorax. And somewhere in the midst of all that, The Mandalorian tries to carve his own existence. Spoiler warning! At this point, we're going to assume you're up to date on episodes of Star Wars: The Mandalorian. If you haven't, then read with caution! We're going to mention some things about the series and about certain characters that you may want to avoid if you still haven't watched the series.

When we first catch a glimpse of The Mandalorian, he's hired to track down a mysterious target on a sandy planet, reminiscent of Tatooine. It even has a band of Jawa salvagers scouring the planet for scrap. With nothing but a mere tracking fob and his wits, he makes his way through waves of hostile foes, makes friends with a strange local creature, and finally comes face to face with a friendly face, a baby version of Yoda. Actually, this little guy is one of many familiar faces that The Mandalorian encounters, which is one of the many reasons why Star Wars fans really love the series. You just never know who's going to pop up next in the adventure.

Of course, that's always why it can be difficult to craft your own Mandalorian costume. There are so many great characters and so many different variants of Mandalorian costumes, which can make the choice even more daunting. That's why we're here to help! We can help you pick out your own Mandalorian outfit to transform into your favorite character from the series. From Din Djarin to Baby Yoda and more surprising characters, we can help you select an outfit the reflects your own skills and personality. Let's get started on our journey through the galaxy of Mandalorian costumes!

Mandalorian Costumes for Kids

One of the best things about the Star Wars galaxy is that the stories really resonate with everyone. From old school fans who went to see Empire Strikes Back in the theater, to the kids who can't get enough of The Clone Wars and Rebels, everyone seems to get sucked into the galaxy far, far away. That's also why The Mandalorian has such a huge fan base! If you have a child who wants to become one of the characters from the Disney Plus series, then you'll want to check out some of our Mandalorian costumes for kids. Your biggest choice will be to determine which character they get to be. Are they a rough and tumble bounty hunter type, with the street smarts and the grit to make it through any danger? That's The Mandalorian. Or are they more like Baby Yoda, the gifted young creature with incredible untapped potential? Below, you'll find some costume options for both!

Mandalorian Beskar Armor for Kid's

Mandalorian Costume Kids

We don't know about you, but we wanted nothing more than to be Boba Fett when we were young. It's weird. Even though he only had a few minutes of screen time in Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back, we just knew that there was something different about him. We wanted to wear really rad armor like him. We wanted to cruise around in his oddly-shaped ship. Once we saw him, we almost forgot about being a Jedi entirely! It took a few more movies and some more character development in cartoons and novels before we got more insight into Boba's character. But it turned out that he was exactly as awesome as we had thought he would be. He was our first glimpse into Mandalorian armor and kids these days are going to have the same kind of feelings we had for Din Djarin that we had for Boba Fett. That's why something like our Kid's Mandalorian Beskar Armor Costume is the perfect choice for budding young fans who crave the armor like we did as kids!

Baby Yoda Costume

Empire Strikes Back also brought us Yoda, the wise Jedi Master whose strange appearance hides skill beyond comprehension. (There seems to be a going theme here with how many of the characters in The Mandalorian were inspired by characters introduced in Empire Strikes Back.) Back then, we didn't think that little guy could possibly be a powerful Jedi, but we were proven wrong when he lifted an X-Wing from the swamp using nothing but his mind. Now, with The Child, there's a new Yoda in town. He has the potential for great things in the Star Wars universe. He's already protected The Mandalorian multiple times during the series, and he makes a pretty good team with the armor-clad warrior. If your child is ready to walk the path of a Force-using Jedi, then they might want to try wearing one of our Yoda costumes. We carry a wide variety of outfits that can be used as a quick and easy Baby Yoda cosplay costume, so all you have to do is choose one that fits your child's size.

Mandalorian Costumes for Adults

The Star Wars universe has a way of captivating every generation that it touches. When George Lucas brought A New Hope to theaters, people were blown away. The special effects were some of the best ever seen in movies at the time, and the story struck a note with audiences across the planet. When the sequels came out, people couldn't rush out to the theater fast enough! Then, in the 1990s, a new brand of fans were brought into the fold when the prequels came out. Well, time has passed and now all of those fans are adults who are definitely watching The Mandalorian on Disney Plus. If you happen to be one of those fans, then you've probably already imagined yourself as a character in the galaxy far, far away. We think dressing up in a Mandalorian Costume is an easy way for you to live out that dream. After all, you're an adult now. If you want to dress up in Mandalorian armor, by gosh, you can dress up in a suit of Mandalorian armor!

Mandalorian Halloween Costumes

Mandalorian Costume Adults

One way to dress up like a character from the Mandalorian is to go straight for the main character. After all, Din Djarin is like the perfect combination of science fiction and cowboy, so it's only natural that most people would gravitate towards him as their costume choice. Cosplay is one way to go, which we'll talk about a little later in this guide, but the other way to go is with something a little simpler. A Mandalorian Halloween costume is an easier way to get the outfit, since it combines everything you need into a single package. It might not be as detailed or as high quality as crafting your own Beskar armor, but not everyone has the time to handcraft realistic armor. With something like an adult Halloween costume, you'll be ready to cruise through the galaxy, looking for bounties.

Dark Trooper Costume

Dark Trooper Costume

Perhaps you were an Empire sympathizer when you watch the original trilogy? After all, it just seemed like the Empire was trying to create and maintain order in the galaxy…well, aside from all of the blowing up entire planets, that is. If you're looking to join the ranks of Moff Gideon's legion of elite soldiers, then you can always dress up in one of our Dark Trooper costumes. The ones we have range from suits modeled after the classic Stormtrooper suit to ones designed to be just like ones from the fantastic conclusion of season 2 of The Mandalorian. The suit can give any Mandalorian a scare, but just make sure you stay away from any lightsaber-wielding Jedi Masters when you wear these costumes.

Mandalorian Armor Cosplay

Cosplay is another route to go if you plan on dressing up as a character from the show. Just in case you're unfamiliar with cosplay, it's the combination of costumes and roleplay, and it's been pretty popular over the last few decades. People commonly dress up as their favorite comic book and movie characters, and you'd better believe that there's a massive community of Star Wars cosplayers. If you have crafting skills, a 3D printer, or a ton of art supplies, then you can make some pieces for your Mandalorian armor cosplay costume. If you need some inspiration or a good base, then you might want to start out with one of our higher-quality Mandalorian cosplay items. Whether you want a complete outfit or just a collector's helmet, we have a couple of great options that can help you get your feet wet in the world of Star Wars cosplay.

The Mandalorian Helmet

The Mandalorian Helmet

First, let's take a look at the most important part about a good set of Mandalorian armor, the helmet. In the series, the helmet doesn't just protect Din Djarin from harm; it also is a part of his beliefs. He cannot show his face, since it's a part of the Mandalorian code. We carry high-end collectible versions of the helmet, along with some more affordable options. If you want to go all-out, then you'll want one of our high-quality replicas to complete your transformation into the deadliest bounty hunter in the galaxy.

Mandalorian Mask

Of course, a full helmet might not be what you're looking for. If you want realism, they're great. If you're on a budget or if you need to eat in costume, then you might want something a little simpler and easier on the pocketbook. That's when you might want to opt for a Mandalorian mask. A mask just covers the front of your face, so it's easier to put on and take off. This makes it a cinch to take off if you want to grab a quick snack break during your Mandalorian cosplay experience.

Boba Fett Mandalorian Armor Costume

Boba Fett Costume

Alright. Major spoilers alert: Boba Fett makes an appearance in The Mandalorian. We won't say much more than that about his appearance, but it makes sense for the show to include him. After all, The Mandalorian's look and attitude are based on the classic Star Wars character. If you want to cosplay as the original bounty hunter in Mandalorian armor, then you'll want to suit up in something like this authentic Boba Fett armor costume. It's modeled after the armor he wore in Return of the Jedi, but it will work great for anyone cosplaying as an older and wiser Boba Fett from The Mandalorian.

Baby Yoda Mandalorian Backpack

Finally, if you plan on cosplaying as the Mandalorian, there's a certain someone you need to have along with you. Baby Yoda! (Or if you've kept up on the Mandalorian lore, you might refer to him as Grogu!) You can always get someone to dress up as the character by pairing up with one of our many Yoda costumes. But if you want to go it solo and still have the little one with you, then just use one of our Baby Yoda Mandalorian backpacks. We have backpacks shaped like the adorable little character from the series, so you can sling it around your back (or around the front like a Baby Bjorn)!
