Had a "Day of the Dead" theme for a Halloween office contest. We won! The instructions says put on a clean make up free face, however I found if you put a very light layer of white makeup under the temp tatoos t.f hey stand out so much better. Takes a little time..about 30 sec per tattoo. Also, depending on the shape of your face you might have to adjust how to place the temp tatoos on your face.
