The neckline is trimmed with a white jester's collar tipped with white pom-poms. The waistline has a ruffle of white satin printed with black diamonds, and the bouncy skirt is made of red and black patchwork fabric with a sheer, glittery red top layer. Add the ruffly white wrist warmers and the headband topped with black and red jester horns and you're all set to cause mischief!
