Give your wardrobe a Dr. Seuss-style makeover with these exclusive, officially licensed The Cat in the Hat Adjustable Earmuffs! The ear muffs are covered with soft fabric that features a repeating print of the Cat in the Hat and the two Things. The muffs are made of black faux fur, and two black fabric cat ears are attached to the top of the band.
