We all have holidays that we dread. Maybe it's the pressure of finding a date on Valentine's Day. Maybe it's sitting across from Uncle Bob on Thanksgiving while choking down dry turkey. But if we lived in the world of The Purge, we're sure the anxiety building up around that holiday would overshadow any social anxiety.
While you might be able to forget about your auntie asking about your personal life in front of your whole extended family after a few weeks, fighting for your life with neighbors and coworkers is a completely different matter. Yeah, going back to budget meetings with your colleague that tried to set your car on fire while you were driving home five minutes into the Purge would be super awkward.
