Some Pig
We see them all of the time in farm lots, but do we really know how amazing pigs are? They happen to be some of the smartest animals around, and can learn things incredibly quickly (including how to get out of their pens, despite all efforts to keep them in... kind of like a kid at bedtime). They can also eat almost anything, and are the farthest things from picky eaters in the world. If one of them suddenly learned how to talk and write, we honestly wouldn't be that surprise.
