Celebrate Dorothy's defeat of the Witch when you wear this exclusive, officially licensed Deluxe Plaid Munchkin Toddler's Costume! The short-sleeved shirt is made of brushed nylon that has been printed with a pattern of blue and green diamonds. Oversized faux buttons are attached to the center front. Just like the shirt, the blue shorts feature intentionally jagged hemlines. The striped jersey leggings tuck nicely into the foam-backed shoe covers with their curly toes. The included wig features a minky forehead piece with attached burnt-orange faux hair.
